How do sizes fit?
Classic unisex fit on Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton. Runs true to size for most people. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, go up one. Normally available in S through 3XL. Check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Every shirt is printed to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Standard shipping is free on every US order; international shipping is $4.99 flat. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier, and available options are shown at checkout.
What's your return policy?
Because every shirt is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
How is the shirt printed?
Printed on demand via direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Each shirt is made when you order — not sitting in a warehouse. DTG delivers vibrant, detailed prints that hold up well after washing. Follow the care instructions on the label.
What shirt do you print on?
Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton. 5.3 oz, 100% preshrunk US cotton, classic fit, seamless body. Midweight shirt. Holds up well after washing. It's not a fashion-slim fit — it's the real thing.
Do sold-out designs come back?
We print on demand, so available designs don't depend on warehouse stock. We may retire or add designs over time; join the newsletter if you want drop alerts.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately after ordering. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once production starts.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the US and internationally. Most countries are covered. Customs fees, duties, and VAT for international orders are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.
Do I need a code for the 20% first-order discount?
No. Eligible new customers get 20% off automatically at checkout. Newsletter signup is optional and is for drop alerts and occasional offers.
